I am not sure if this product was too popular at that time. It took a long time for the seller to ship this product after my order. The email notification from the seller didn’t include the tracking number. I had to wait until my order passed the estimated delivery date to send my inquiry.
I placed an order in April and the estimated shipping was supposed to be the end of May. I just received an email that I will receive further notice on shipping date. I don’t want to waist my time and I placed an order outside of Amazon.
The product was as advertised and received in a timely manner, and I wish Amazon would NOT pester me with the requests to provide reviews.
Why don’t none of these masks you find on the Amazons do accomodatin for smokin customers? How’m I supposed to smoke when I got one of these things on? I wear a mask like this whenever I got to cross the tracks to the “other” side of town. That part of town’s thick with a certain ethnical minorjity over there and Lord knows what kind of germs or toxins are floatin in the air cause of it. I gotta do somethin to protect myself, right? But whenever I want to smoke, I gotta pull off my mask. I hate to think what bad stuff I might be breathin in … scary.
For a while, I tried using the nicotine patch whenever I needed to wear a mask. It seemed like a good idea cause then I wouldn’t have to take the mask off to smoke. For whatever the reason though, it didn’t work and I kept passin out. Both the patch and the mask were wasted at that point cause it’s darn near impossible to peel the nicotine patches off the mask without tearing one or both. It’d be great if I could make that work, but I still haven’t figured that one out.
Just like the rest of the country these days these mask makers are discriminatin against smokers. It just wouldn’t be PC to make a smoker’s mask now would it. A smart company would make special masks for smokers. It could have a little hole in the mask right in front of the mouth so you could fit your Marlboro in there. Might need to make the mask part out of metal though to keep if from lightin afire. I’m gonna start makin a prototype.
I’m gonna make millions with this … and it’s such a simple idea! It’s amazing how many people just overlook the obvious with stuff like this.
In this time of precautions, I am so gratefull to have been able to find this product thirugh you, im a microbiologist and with the risk of H1N1 looming it feels safer to have the masks at hand. Specially because its the type indicated to prevent getting contaminated.
I’ve used these masks for a couple of months. With Swine Flu scare many sellers were doubling their price for these masks. These worked better than I expected and a great price. Used them for a furniture refinishing project and they kept the dust and fumes out of my lungs. Also used them when I visited a friend with the flu.
