I have been longing for something with rubies ever since I realized that they weren’t red so much as magenta pink. Unfortunately, prices are high and it’s hard to tell in online pictures sometimes exactly what shade the rubies are.
I took a chance on this one based on the gold box price, (under $30!), and the mainly positive reviews.
I can’t complain one little bit, it was a gamble with low risks and a very high payout!
The design is much nicer in person, not as clunky as shown, but the coloring of the rubies is just as pictured. Sparkling deep magenta. They are well matched, well cut, (not perfect but not noticeable without close inspection).
The clasp I think is a little overkill, it’s very heavy duty with two a two prong side secure, but melds with the design of the bracelet so it doesn’t look out of place and pretty much guarantees it won’t fall off and get lost. So, not really a bad thing!
It drapes well on the wrist, looks much more expensive than what I paid, I would cheerfully give this as a gift without hesitation!
I wanted to get birthstone bracelets of each of my 4 children,the last one was born in July and rubies are very expensive and I had almost given up when I found this one of created rubies.I was just delighted when it came,the stones look very real and the bracelet really sparkles.I will continue to look for 2 more,Feb. and Nov..I would certainly buy from this seller again.
