Good way to show “The Girls” some sun. Boobilous to say the least. I normally wear it with a shrug…but make sure to have a matching color bra because it is definitely going to show a bit. The empire waist detail isn’t over stated. The elastic band around the hem that creates the bubble hem effect is extremely versatile. I think this blouse would work for women of all different heights. The elastic around the arms is a bit tight on me but I’m hoping that will relax after a couple washes.
