I did not want to give this junk a rating Do not purchase this Horrible Ugly Chateau Zebra Slouch Handbag BLK/WHT/BL purse it is a peice of Crap, to say the least. When I viewed this purse it said $12.00, I was not expecting much for $12.00, but I recieved should have been FREE! I have seen better made purses in the Dollar Tree Stores for $1.00. Also there was a price change when I checked outed I notice the purse was $20.00+ 5.95 shipping. I immediatly emailed the company regarding the price. I waited one day and did not recieve a response. I called Bealls the following day to ask about the price discrepancy. The customer service was poor and the clerk seemed to get agitate as I questioned her about the price. To get me off the phone she told me to wait until I got the purse to see what the price I was charged then dispute the price. I went back to my Amazon cart to cancel the purse, but it had already been shipped. I order this purse on a Saturday night, and I arrived the following Wednesday. When I opened the box, I was shocked with the peice of Crap/Junk that I recieved. It felt like paper it is so cheap! I called Bealls again to inform them that I was sending the purse back because of the price and the extreme poor quality. The customer service clerk, sounded very young and unprofessional and also begain to get agitated as I told her about the bag. I told her that from her attitude I could hear that she was not interested in my complaint. Her response to me was, If you don’t like just send it Back then! I told her I was going to do that but there was not free return label and since I have to pay to have it returned, will my shipping charges be credited also? Again, she sighed and said NO, you will only get the $20.00 dollars back. I will never purchase from this company again. Be forewarned, this company sales poor quality merchandise, and they have Extremely Poor Customer Service. Avoid them at all cost.
