This watch looks far better than the picture. Watch is very vintage design, beautiful dial, and very handsomely finished. This is not a large, bulky watch, and, with it’s curved back, it is very comfortable to wear. You will be quite pleased!

I’ve owned an original Hamilton watch, so I can confidently say that this watch is an excellent replica of that old American vintage style of yore. Mind you, this is no cheap copy, but simply an elegant re-production of a timeless classic. It has the heft and finish of a quality watch. Recommended.

|A cutting-edge timepiece with bygone elegance,
They say that once you’re in your 40s, time becomes a little more real. You think about how fast it’s slipping by, and how your procrastination skills reach ever-greater heights of refinement with each passing year. You also start thinking about owning a watch that’s equally real–one that not only tells time, but somehow embodies time itself, even memory. Old, after all, is beautiful, especially when it comes to timepieces. But, as I found when I briefly converted to wearing one of my vintage watches–a solid gold 1948 Longines–it can be high-maintenance (how many trips to the watch repairman do you want to make in a year?) and the fear of damaging so valuable a watch worn every day, leaving me yearning for the sophistication of age in a younger chassis.
This Circa 1930s Square Watch is the perfect solution for me. This beautiful 23k gold plated timepiece has all the style and elegance of an expensive late 1930s Longines or Hamilton watch with the convenience of a modern day, battery powered, precision quartz movement. This watch is vintage in another respect as well–the case is the same smaller size as vintage watches at about only an inch wide by an inch and a half from lug tip to lug tip, maintaining the standards of quality and design of the original timepieces. Don’t let the modest price (by comparison to a vintage watch) fool you, as the Circa is a quality timepiece in every way. It is beautifully finished and has a good heft to it when you pick it up to strap on your wrist.
This watch looks far better than the photo and is much more impressive than one would expect for a watch of this price. I have been wearing it every day and am thoroughly pleased with this watch. I recommend it highly.
