The Clarks Lacey Pump is very comfortable. The heels are 2″ high – 1/4″ higher than the Clarks Blackberry and 3/8″ shorter than the Utica. I got size 6W, since my feet are wide but flat – the top part of the shoes is too high for me. It’s remedied with sole pads.I highly recommend this shoe. It fits like a glove and gives great support. My work requires 9 hours of standing and at the end of the day my feet and legs are still feeling great in these shoes!What a great shoe. I purchased 3 pair, also bought one for a family friend who has narrow feet. She just received them today and is now a Clark’s fan. I’m thinking of purchasing more, just in case they sell out. I highly recommend this stylish, comfortable shoe.I bought these shoes to go with my dress pants suits when I was looking for a job. They are so comfortable!!! I could walk blocks in them on my way to interviews without pain or problems. I have since found a job and wear them daily. I am considering buying another pair, because it is so hard to find shoes like these that don’t pinch or hurt when they are new and are so comfortable for walking. However, so far, I have never gone wrong with a Clarks shoe.I love these shoes! They are SO comfortable (as Clarks typically are)and very stylish. I’ve since been trying to find a pair just like them in brown. Not as easy as I had hoped.I own several pairs of Clarks in 9WW (they all run narrow). Unfortunately, these were too tight across the top of the foot, so I had to return them. A larger size would not have helped because the length was perfect. I was very disappointed because they are cute shoes with the exact heel height I wanted. Also, they are Clarks, so they would have been comfortable if they had fit properly. Beware if you have wide feet, these may not fit you. If you do not have wide feet, I highly recommend these shoes.I normally wear an 8 1/2 narrow but these shoes ran a bit small. I’m sending back for a 9 narrow. Because I have a horrible time finding shoes to fit my very narrow foot, this shoe is wonderful. Can’t wait to wear them. I love Clark’s!I tried this shoe on in the store and liked it so much but didn’t want to pay full price. Then I found it on Amazon at a discount and ordered it immediately. It’s a great looking shoe to wear with dress pants or jeans, and is truly a comfort all day long! I have a fairly wide toe area, but not wide enough to wear a wide shoe, and I had to stretch the toe box of this just a bit (a shoe stretcher was the best purchase I ever made). I’ve had many compliments on this – Clarks hits a homerun again!
