I am suffering from pelvic separation this pregnancy and have to have some kind of support any time I’m going to be up and about. These supports are comfortable, easy to get on and off, and very affordable! I own 2 and am considering a third so I can rotate them in the laundry as I go to work!I just love this underwear. it is so comfortable and it gives really good support not just on the back but also on the belly. I love the fact that it goes over the whole belly. I wore this the other day with a maternity pants and tight shirt and it maid my pants fit much better and you cannot tell you even have it on under the shirt because it sits so high over the belly. I’ve tried other products that the waist sits on the middle of the belly with the same tight shirt and you can see where the underwear is. Anyways I love this and am going to buy some more of it. I felt that it made a difference on the way my pants fit because of the support under the belly, it kind of holds the belly (and extra fat) together making me a little slimmer on that area. I was worried about the size, I usually wear a medium on pants and ordered a medium, I was afraid that it might be too small with the belly growing, but it had a perfect fit, it was not too tight or loose at all, snug to perfection around the belly. Very comfortable. I definitely recommend this product. I just wish the price was lower so I can buy more of it.This product is not only comfortable, but serves its purpose. I bought one of those maternity belts that velcroed around me (sold at babies R us) and it was horriblly uncomfortable and caused red marks all around me, couldn’t sit in it, etc…. This one was super comfy, held the baby off of my bladder and looked kind of cute too! I wore mine everyday from six months on (wore with underwear) and it just barelly started to wear out towards the end. You can also sit down in it, bend (squat) over, and it keeps your maternity pants from folding over and sliding down.I purchased this item to help keep my baby off of my bladder and to ease my lower back pain, it keeps baby off of my bladder only. It does not fit snug enough to ease back pain, like my other girdle does. The website says to order pre-pregnancy size. I did and it was huge. I sent it back the day after I received it. It took slightly more than a week for me to get the first girdle and another week and a half for me to get the second girdle. Before I returned the first girdle, I called customer service to find out what, if any thing, I did wrong to have gotten the size that I did. The representative told me the same thing, get pre-pregnancy size, when I told her what happened, she told me to go down a size. Based on how huge the first one was, I went down two sizes. The new girdle arrived, I tried it on and the seam above the crotch split. It was not tight at all. As a matter of fact, it feels more like a pair of underwear, not a support girdle. I stitched the seam and kept the girdle, just in case it gives me more support over the next two months as the baby grows. This is definitely a product that has to be tried on to make sure that the size is correct.
