"The Fame" is one Massive debut album! You do not wanna pass it up. It's fun, it's energetic and it's powerful heavy dance music. I love the incredibly catchy songs and the extremely clever and well written lyrics.

I went to see her show last month and it was the most phenomenal thing i will probably ever attend.

Overall "The Fame" is an amazing album. It left me in quite a shock that it was a debut album.

Gimmicky
Her music is too theatrical. She has a very good singing voice, but too much flair to her songs. Speechless, from another album, is a great song and showcases her excellent singing voice. She kind of wastes it, but the in crowd seems to like it because it's mindless funk.

My First Experience Listening to It
Made my day better I waited and waited for it come out and I'm thinking that way about the next one.

Amazing Dance Revolution
Lady Gaga makes amazing music, but her first album is great for being a debut album. She sounds great and the music is great for dancing and working out.

Great Pop Music - a review from a Pop fan
She's gimmicky, a cock-tease, and probably not a very nice person to know in real life. But how many other famous pop singers could you also say that about? Michael Jackson wrote almost none of his own music and the songs he did write were trite and childish lyrically. Yet everyone still loves him for some reason.

My point is, the music here is well produced, and even after a few years of being on the market, I can pop in 'Just Dance' or 'Paparazzi' and still be entertained. There are elements familiar to other hits of the past 10 or 20 years, but that's the comfort food nature of pop music, dressing itself up to be modern while lifting more immediate chords and sounds than other genres. She's not trying to make something new, she just wants to entertain you. Eager to please, right?

So, from me to you, this album isn't so bad, no need to feel guilty about it, given how vocally and musically it's better than what was popular even a decade ago. (Britney Spears :/ )

the fame monster on picture disc vinyl. paws up little monsters. this record is fantastic. if you are vinyl junkie and a super gaga fan like me, then this is for you. don't have a turntable? buy it and put it in a record frame and hang it on your wall. art and collectors item all in one.

I'm 34 and I LOVED this album!
I am amazed at Lady Gaga. What makes her all the more impressive is that I'd originally written her off as someone that only kids would like.

With this two-disc album, she proves that she can pretty much do anything.

First of all, out of the 20 or so songs on the album, maybe 2 sound filler. The rest all sound single-worthy. All of these songs could have made smash singles: STARSTRUCK, BOYS BOYS BOYS, PAPER GANGSTA, MONSTER, DANCE IN THE DARK. Second, Lady Gaga offers amazing versatility. Yes, there are the inescapable smash hits POKER FACE and BAD ROMANCE. But you'll get a surprising mix of sounds, from cute catchy pop to darker/synth/goth pop, rock ballads and even some gospel! Her vocals are on point and for a pop singer, it's very surprising to say that I was able to truly hear HER.

Awful
I can't believe we went from the fabulous theme of retro-glamor and brilliance of The Fame and found ourselves with an album like this. Lady Gaga doesn't feel the same anymore. I'll always miss her during The Fame era. This album was a disappointment. Sure Monster and Teeth are witty, but it isn't enough to sustain 8 tracks of nightmare. Her image is a complete ripoff of Madonna lately. Been there, seen that.

I've Never Loved A Musician This Much Before
Lady Gaga is pure genius. She knows what real dance music is and she brings it with this album. The songs are very catchy. There has never been an artist where I loved every single one of their songs. She doesn't make her voice sound fake with autotune like Ke$ha, which is great because she can show off her real talent. I love every song so much.

New Madonna is born!!
Gaga is the future mighty pop queen you'll see,she is so great!!New icon is here and I'm looking forward to hear her next "chef d'oeuvre"!!

Nice to have different versions of this song specifically
I love Lady Gaga... think she is brilliant. BUT, there are some songs I dislike completely (like Teeth) and then others where I don't care too much for the album version. This is one of those... on the album... it is ho hum. Yet, if you have seen her do this song on several occasions (live, award shows, etc) in the past you probably found that live this song is almost always fantastic. This CD gives you a bunch of options that are more interesting and enjoyable than the standard album version of the track. I still wish she would release a version of it more in the style she did at the MTV movie awards... a rare case where slower actually makes the song better. Anyway, I definitely recommend this one.

Another fabulous song from Lady Gaga. Paparazzi is one of her biggest hits and is amazing. The remixes on this CD are incredible and I highly recommend it to anyone who is Gaga for the Lady like me.

The real tracklisting
Paparazzi, in its original form, is actually one of my least favorite tracks on Lady Gaga's "The Fame" album. But the song is given the remix treatment five times over for the US maxi-single which makes it much more appealing. Most are club/dance mixes, and my personal favorites are the extremely fast-paced Moto Blanco Mix, and the dub-style Filthy Dukes Mix. Hopefully Amazon will eventually rectify the tracklisting on this page and add the cover photo, but meanwhile I hope this is helpful, because it definitely is worth checking out.

He-He-Hello
From the moment it played from "The Fame: Monster"; I was hooked like a girl enjoying a curved boner. It is undeniable that Lady Gaga is a force one cannot avoid or help becoming addicted to. As an extension of the original comes the mixes you will likely here when on a night out at the discotheque. The remixes on this disc add a new spin on an already fantastic tune. Standouts for ne are the Electrolightz Mix, Alphabeat Mix, and Passion Pit. While I am a person who hordes physical releases for the sake of saying I own it, when Lady G inevitably becomes the next Madonna; it may be best to download only the tracks you find the best. As these are full club mixes and not edits, they tend to run long and after so many listens, often leave you thinking "Alright, end already with the blips and the banging, and thumping; oi!". A definite "Must" though for collectors and die-hard fans though, who'll relish owning a physical CD when in 5 years such formats cease to exist.

I love to listen to Lady Gaga and have purchased several of her remix hits. This one is no exception. It is excellent! I enjoy all the remixes and also enjoy hearing Beyonce. I'd recommend it!

These are some of the best remixes I've heard! And catually it's cheaper to buy the CD then downloading it. But it's still one of the best remix albums on the market

Love U Gaga but not this album.
I am a big fan of Lady Gaga but I did not like the remix. My kids also like her and did not like it either. Just not our style. If you like great songs "remixed" in a funkie awful way you might like. Maybe good for a club but nothing else.

Not Going Gaga
The Remix, is okay. I'm not going gaga over it, though. I was anticipating a bit more than what was offered in reference to the mixes. The song selections are good. I was expecting more on many of the mixes.

Lovegame and Dance In The Dark, are the best out of the ten titles. Like one review mentioned, there are better remixes on youtube. Especially, one for, Bad Romance.

I think there should have been a definitive remix release. Including, remixes from a wide range of artists both known and unknown, "official" and "unofficial," remixes.

Arrangements, for the licensing and payments could have been arranged. In this era, there are many great mixes out there! The Lady and her record label, should have taken advantage of that and put some of them on this release.

Perfect "Reception Dress"
I bought this dress to change into at my wedding reception. It was lightweight, comfortable, and the price was great. It fit almost perfectly according to my size. The best part is that I wasn't even upset when it got spilled on (whereas if my 00 ceremony dress had been spilled on, I would have been in hysterics). Great dress for the price, people loved it!

A very nice dress after I sowed it. I wear 8-10, and bought XL. I had to take off about 3-4 inches, (depend what part of the dress we are talking about). I was expecting to do some work on it. It was a bit more, but the result was astonishing.

the product i received was very beautiful and came in a timely fashion, but i feel the way the size chart was laid out was poor! my daughter ordered and extra large(which is what she wears in misses). the dresses were in junior sizes, only i couldn't find that stated ANYWHERE! So needless to say i was stuck with a kid crying, running around looking for dresses. there was a link that said to check the sizing chart, which i did, but it just came back to the same page. will i order from here again? no. not because of the size issue, but my daughter is also a 36 DD so you see my situation.. Best Dress Ever!
I bought this item on a Wed. and it was at my house on a Saturday. I needed a white gown for my sorority cotillion. And I was the talk of the town. I would recommend this dress to anyone. And forget about buying a size bigger. Sizes are accurate.And for the price you def can't complain. Just be sure to get it steamed, the dress comes pretty wrinkled from packaging.

Wrong Dress
The dress it says that I am reviewing was the dress I was supposed to be getting in the mail but instead I got a halter dress that was bright pink! Of course since I hadn't seen the other bridesmaids dresses I wasn't aware that my dress was different until just hours before the wedding!

Not what I thought
The design of the dress is beautiful, but looks can be decieving. The material is completely wrong. It is so light that you feel naked. The light material also makes the dress lay weird against the body. It is a nice dress... for someone else. If you like the idea of feeling naked in public and looking frumpy this dress is for you. I believe however that the only way this dress will work is if they get a heavier material to use. Thank you, but it just wasn't for me.

extremely pleased
I love this dress and the price was modest too. I read the reviews and took their advice. All indicated that the dress was cut to a smaller size so order a size larger. My clothing size is small so I ordered the medium. Shipping was immediate it seemed. I was surprised that it came with a scarf as well (was not advertised). The dress fit me perfectly. I ordered another one in a different color and in a gown.

Beautiful Bridesmaid Dresses
My bridesmaids love this dress! It is very flattering and is perfect for a summer wedding. The only thing to consider is all of my bridesmaids are very thin and we decided that on a slightly curvacious woman it may not be real flattering.

Nice simple Dress for the price
The seller PacificPlex(sp) was great... ordered Sunday received my dress Tuesday though i did pay for expedited shipping. The reviewer that mentioned the stray strings hanging from the hem was correct, but that was solved by simply cutting them off. This is not a shiny satin. Dont know if I love the bow detail on the side... dont think its necessary. The dress is nice but theres no fantastic detail no real wow factor and i think it would benifit from a few alterations... ex: sweetheart neckline vs straight tube style. But really, it was only .00 and for the price you cant beat it. I ordered an xtra large/jrs 13/14... I was worried that the dress would be too small it wasnt. The dress fit me exactly and i dont think it runs small at all. In fact i think it may run a bit big on top and Im not small busted. HTH

Gorgeous!
This is a beautiful dress! I ordered it in Royal Blue, and the color is rich & vibrant. I am happy with the quality of the fabric as well. Using the sizing chart, I ordered a Medium, and I would say it is true to size. I love the style of the dress, it is even more beautiful in person. The unique detailing in the midsection is gorgeous. I also liked the length, it modestly comes just below the knees. There is boning in several sections of the top half, which helps the dress to maintain its shape, especially if choosing the strapless look. It does come with spaghetti straps you can add, and a beautiful wrap. Overall, I am extremely happy with this dress, it is unique & classy, and looks like I spent a lot more than I did!

I ordered the Sage color I will wear to my brother's wedding, I did order a size bigger, because of the reviews I read but now I have to get alterations, but that's okay, I'd rather fit big than small. thought it wasa perfect, but doesnt fit
Let me just say that after searching around for months, I was elated to see this dress. It was exactly what I had envisioned in my head, but could never find in any store. I am having a vow renewal ceremony in less than 2 1/2 weeks, and I have a dress that doesn't fit on my hands. I am normally a size 18 (women's) and rarely buy my clothes larger of smaller. My body type is pear (small on top, larger on bottom). I thought I would play it safe and order the largest size available (3x) and just have alterations done. This seemed like a great idea, however when the dress arrived and I removed it from the box I instantly knew it wasn't large enough. I tried it on anyway, and confirmed my initial fears. The bust area was way to large (as expected) and the hip and rear portion were way to small. I don't know what I am going to do with such a short amount of time left. I thought about having a seamstress remove the lining , which normally allows for 1/4 to 1/2 inch of room. I see another dress that has more hip room from this seller, however with my limited time allotment of returning , refunding, and reordering, I'm sure I don't have the time. I'm really bummed! :(

Should Have Guessed....
based on the other reviews, I should have known the dress would have been too large. It most certaintly was. I ordered a 5x for one of my bridesmaids and a L for another. These were the correct sizes based on the measurements given on the size chart listed under the pictures. For both girls, when they put on the dress it dropped straight down off them! Luckily, both girls were able to get the dress taken in / take it in themselves. I would definitely recommend ordering at one size smaller than you would based on the size chart. The dresses were of a high quality satin, and the removable straps and shawl were nice additions.

Great dress for my bridesmaids!
I ordered this dress in black for my three bridesmaids. They are lightweight and very flattering. It fits nicely on all three even though they are various shapes and sizes. I would definitely order by the bust size first, then waist, but the size chart is pretty accurate. I would definitely recommend buying this dress, especially for the price. It's much nicer than many of the 0+ dresses I found in stores.

Made very well considering the cost
The dress was very well made I can not complain about that at all. I knew it was not going to fit when I purchased it based on previous reviews so I expected alterations. But with the money you save the 30 dollars to adjust is nothing.
