I got this about one month ago. It’s really comfortable, and it seems to block the UV rate better than any sun glasses / safety glasses I’ve had. I’ve never had it fog up, even under cold and moist northwest winter weather.
These glasses are excellent. I have had a lot of laser eye surgery within the past few years, since then my eyes have not been to take the sun so well. These glasses shade the sun from my eyes and I am able to see unlike other sunglasses I have tried.
This is the basic model from a series of Milwaukee Safety Glasses. I like it so much that I end up subconsciously carrying it everywhere I go. Let’s hope it will last. Or maybe I will get a better model from Milwaukee.
I purchased the Milwaukee Safety Glasses in both clear and gray. They are much better than other brands we bought from our local stores and cheaper than those other brands too. We use them as safety glasses when we work around the house, yard, and shop. I also wear them on windy days when walking the dogs, or go to the dog park. We’ve only owned these for a short while. But they stand up to a lot of abuse. They have never fallen off or chipped yet. These may be the best safety glasses we’ve owned.
I bought these with high expectations as Milwaukee is a reputable brand and the price was excellent. I am an engineer and safety glasses are apart of my job, I have worn just about everything. These safety glasses have fallen quite short of my expectations. They feel extremely cheap and are huge on my face (I’m a 6’2″ guy). I feel the dust protection with these glasses is poor as they sit far away from the eyes. One good point, the anti-fog performance of these glasses is the best I’ve seen. I’ll be sticking with my AO Virtuas, which are much cheaper and provide better protection.
Usually safety glasses and regular sunglasses are too loose for my head, but these fit very well and are very comfortable. They really are anti-fog. I wear them while doing yard work or home repairs. I’ve bought other cheaper made ones that cost the same as these and the difference is like a Pinto to a Continental car. While they are on sale for under 5, I suggest you buy an extra pair or two in case they get misplaced. They like other Milwaukee products are well made and durable.
