I received a different purse from Purses Boutique as a gift that I didn’t like and exchanged it for this one. The customer service was great as far as doing an exchange that was a bit complicated. I’m happy with this bag, it is the size and look that I wanted. I feel for the price its a great bag and I will get as much use out of it as I can. As far as the quality, of course its not real leather but it looks nice…I haven’t had it long enough to comment on the durability but I don’t think its reasonable to have high expectations for a bag at this price. Overall though, I think its adorable and it will be very useful to me until it wears out.I bought this bag because it looked so cool online,but when I got it I loved it even more. Red is the color I chose and it will be perfect for the holidays. It is casual enough to carry everyday, but the bow dresses it up so that I could carry for dressy occasions. I like to change out my bags every month so the price is right. I have carried many expensive bags, but this one is far better in style than any of those designer bags I have used. Buy this bag-you will be pleasantly surprised!Beautiful bag! Accurate description and depiction of color. Nice size to carry all. Receives a lot of compliments!!! 
)I have gotten more compliments on this bag than I have on any designer bag I have ever purchased. It is roomy, yet I can find what I need quickly and easily. The bag is casual enough for everyday, yet stylish if I go out after work. I highly recommend this bag.Loved this bag when it first arrived. Used it for 4 months and the handles began cracking along the seams, snagging two sweaters on the shoulder. The material does not look or feel like leather close up. It is really a shame; the size and look overall was great.
