I bought this dress for a holiday party. The dress shipped out very quickly, and it looked just like the picture. The size was also perfect. The only problem was that I preferred to have a little more length on the dress. This was actually an easy fix. I just had my seastress to use the matching shawl, which was the exact same fabric to add length to the bottom of the dress. You cant even tell that the dress was ever altered. I love it, and I am very happy with my purchase. I do plan order again in the near future, but this time I would be sure to inquire about the length.
I ordered this dress from GoJane in a pinch for my daughter’s Homecoming dance. I followed the size measurements to a T, but when the dress came it was way too large. When I objected to paying the return and original shipping costs, GoJane informed me that formals are made too large on purpose so that customers can take them to a tailor to alter them. This dress has boning in every seam, and when ordering express, it is pretty unlikely a dress can be altered in time for a formal event anyway. I spent way too much money for a dress we won’t own.
