I have been a theracane user for 8 years now and was surprised to come across this on Amazon. I cannot say enough good things about this product. It’s truly amazing to use when you have sore back and shoulder muscles. Although I don’t use this daily, there are times when I get such severe neck and shoulder pain that I can’t imagine being without this great tool. I would say the most useful way to use this is to apply pressure to certain points on your back, neck, and shoulders and you will find quick relief. Be sure to not be overzealous in use or you could end up very sore with more pain than you started with. I just ordered the instructional dvd Official Thera Cane Instructional DVD and hope to try more products by this company in the near future.
By the way, if you ever loan it out to a friend, you will never get it back, it’s that good!
Buy this odd-looking, yet extremely handy device if you have a hard-to-reach spot that needs constant attention. Especially useful for the back or if you need to apply a good amount of pressure on spots such as the bottom of the foot. Things I like best about it include:
-it’s lightweight
-handles positioned so you can keep pressure on a spot while rubbing
-is in the shape of a “hook” so virtually no spot is out of reach
Intended for those who need to regularly massage out tense areas in the muscles, it’s a very useful tool- and cheaper than therapy! Also recommend The 5-Minute Plantar Fasciitis Solution if you suffer with this most annoying foot condition.
