the product came with NO instructions…
anyway on we go how hard could it be….. so we go online to the website and download “tom tom home”… it installs and informs me i need to install a new map…..during the download of the map, the unit turned off because of the incredibly soft button, yes, during the download and now it is bricked…in layman’s terms it is a very expensive paperweight…. i am on the phone waiting for a tech rep right now… apparently they have “high call” volumes”….i do not write reviews but the money i saved buying online is truly not worth the hassle….. … these products never make it store shelves because stores cannot afford returns…. but amazon can afford to dump the return to some obsolete seller… thanks a lot amazon… this will be my last online purchase….
maybe you guys would have better luck ….. but before you judge me try finding tom tom’s customer support number… it will be a long day..
