The metal clasp on the wristband was defective. It came out of the holes, even after reinsertion twice. Finally I took it to a jeweler who drilled holes sufficiently deep to hold the clasp to the wristband.

This watch was bought as a gift. What an embarrassment! The watch leather bracelet was not the original one. It was switched with a cheap small one. Unfortunately the return window expired. I’ve been an Amazon customer for 12 years. This is very disappointing.
