Junk, poor quality.,
Watch second hand would jump forward and backward, lots of play. Minute hand had 30 sec. of play, would flop back and forth. Amazon return was fast and easy.
Ordered same watch as replacement. This time the watch hour and minute hand would pulse with the second hand. Returned to Amazon.
Went to a local Authorized Dealer and ordered the same watch. Watch had the same problems as the first watch ordered from Amazon. Local AD couldn’t believe it, called their Victorinox Sales Rep. The Rep. said it must have been a fluke so they sent another one same problems. Money refunded and local AD appologized.
I would not buy this watch model, 4 watches is not a fluke. Victorinox quality and quality control for this watch is terrible. I’m sure other models are okay, try a different model or brand.

Go to [...] and purchase your watch. You can see their entire selection and will get the same price as you would on Amazon. Amazon forced me to use an address that was supposed to be verified for the post office, yet the watch was undeliverable as addressed. I waited for over a month for the watch that never arrived due to the incompetence of the postal system and Amazon forcing the address to be wrong. Mr Watch came through and was very helpful at rushing a new watch to me after I had waited for the original watch for over a month. The post office has since lost the watch and Amazon was not helpful at all in assisting to resolve the issue, yet both just blamed other things. I will purchase from Mr Watch again, but won’t use Amazon for anything. The watch is awesome and is everything I was looking for. The people at Mr Watch are amazing and their website is great to purchase from.
